Faulty Transaction

Dear Sir,

I have OD A/C No 05730400000017 (Dyna Mech) with your GIDC, Makarpura branch, vadodara.

when i logged in my A/C by e banking facility i observed that some

wrong transaction debited to my A/C. (Total Rs. 59479 amount wrongly debited

from my A/C by some one. I have not done this transaction.

Attached here is the A/C statement with wrongly debited amount (Marked

Yellow)

I requested to bank go through this matter and give list of benificiary and if possible

adress & contact number, so that we can proceed against them. But Bank does not give any information till this date

please give us proper guidelines to enable us to solved the problem.
