Money charged for Incorrect Filing

I submitted 2 Form16s in their prescribed steps for filing IT return to EasyItFiling.com. They charged me Rs.129 at the time of submission and then uploaded my data to Income Tax Department from just 1 of the 2 Form16s. Despite of my repeated emails to get it rectified, there was no response from their side. Since they had already submitted my wrong return and were not responding to my requests to correct the same, I had to file a Revised return through other means!!! These people have proved how unprofessional they are.
