Harassing phone calls

Hi my name is srinivas i have taken a personal loan from icici bank one year back all my payments were prompt . for last two months i could not pay the Emi because of some personal problem but i was in touch with the executive but from past few days my family is receiving harassing phone calls at my native place they are calling in absence of my father ant threatening my mother can you please suggest me what sought of action i can take regarding this . these calls are from hyderabad call center.
