Please find my below mail sent to Edelweiss on 10th Aug...

Dear Tarun Sharda,

This is the worst & useless response from Edelweiss team...

Our Agreement at the time of filling the form is as follows before opening the Trading Account...

In the below mentioned blue bold words promised by you i.e. Mr. Tarun Sharda...

1. Bank Account - Opening with HDFC or YES Bank - Agreed & Accepted by Tarun Sharda...- With out Opening the Bank Account to me who the hell said to deposit the Cheque with out my permission...???

2. On 3rd Aug before i am moving to Hyderabad i clearly mentioned that i am not return till 24th Aug & requested to don't deposit the Cheque. - Agreed & Accepted by Tarun Sharda. - who had given you the permission to deposit the cheque with out my permission...???

3. I clearly said to you that i have some doubts, with out getting clarity, i don't want to open Account with Edelweiss. - Promised me that you are supposed to bring your RM on 4th Aug failed to bring him on said date. -with out informing to customer how you will deposit the cheque...???

Actually i came for a medical treatment at hyderabad, i sent my brother to withdraw money, where as insufficient funds in my SBI Account...

There are two things...

I don't want to bare This mistake...

Here I am mentioning my SBI, Dadar (E) Branch A/C No : 20019585570

Before EOD of 11 Aug The deposited Cheque Amount Rs. 8458/- needs to be deposited in my Account...

By HOOK or CROOK the above said needs to be closed...

Other wise i don't want the account with EDELWEISS...
