Unfair service

At the time of account opening i was told that to give a post dated cheque which i agreed on the assurance that it would be cleared only after my consent, but later on without my knowledge it was cleared also my account had been open from last 20 days but still i have not got got the welcome kit & when i try to call the sales person he is not answering my call... it too much frustrating for a customee
