Inordonately delayed remittance of FCIR

Complaint Agianst - ICICI BANK LIMITED. CROSS BORDER PAYMENT PROCESSING CENTER, MUMBAI (SWIFT CODE: ICICINBBNRI)

Following Wire Transfers - Wire Ref No 00920-11173-19998 and Wire ref no 00920-11343-199983 are delayed inordinately due to ICICI ineffeciency. Against scheduled 4 days for such transfer they are delayed for over 20 days in Ist case and in 2nd case it is over 10 days and the remitance is yet to happen.

I would like to know what action should be taken against ICICI to ensure either the amount is remitted within stipulated time. We have borne immence embarasment due to this delayed remittnace and business credibility loss. I would like to be paid the interest for teh delayed payment at the rate of 18% and a penalty of atleast INR 2o lac for all the anxity and business challanges we had to face due to this delay in remittance on their part.
