Hello Sir,

I would like to inform about a very bad experience which I had today with the EMS speed post delivery.

The seed post no. "EM 698026655 5 IN" was sent from Mumbai for delivery in Gurgaon at my home address.

IT was so lack of professionalism in the delivery of speed post that the delivery boy even didn't bother to deliver the post at the address where it was mentioned and threw away the parcel outside the house. It was when somebody outside the house noticed the parcel in front of the gate and informed me about the same. I had my mobile no. also mentioned on the postal address.

I would like to inform you that this parcel was so critical for me and had a cheque of Rs 5 Lakhs and in case of misplacement who would have been responsible for that?

I don't want to put the blame games but hope this event would be an eye opener for you and would ensure better services from EMS in future. These are few of the reasons that people don't believe in govt. services and rely on pvt couriers and other facilities.
