Not issued no duess certificate

My name rajesh kumar a/c no hsbc card 4384599999607814. i m pilot and

was in mumbai base.but up to june i was not receved bill from

hsbc. in july 1st week i trahsferd 2 delhi. Due to flying

i m unable io track every cred card bill without getting physically.

which i not got till 31 june. I have good credit limit and

relation in bank.then i got call from hsbc mumbai taout duess which i

was unaware because i not got any bill. Isummarry i got phone and

email for settalment on 09/02 from mr rohit phone no

09833359466, I confirm ready for

settalment of RS 48230/, which i deposit on 13/02 in hsbc branch

25 barakhamba road marg connaught place new delhi. I have recept.

Now already 5 months gone till now i not receved NO DUESS

CERTIFICATE. Still now about 25000 dues reflecting. PLS send

me no due CERTIFICATE, assoon as possible, on my smail
