Not Deliver my Card

Dear Sir

Express it courier is very worst in India. I have applied for SBI Credit Card. My Card dispatched through Express it courier. But, I have not received because, he was not coming. & returened card because address was incomplete.

They deliver tappals according to their convenience. They are not at all sincere. All Employees are also very lazy. When I tried to contact those numbers more than 1000 times. No body picked up my phone (011-30672911, 09, 10, 13, 14, 15, 17, Manager Cont No. 9313219282), . Instead after the call was over becos of no answer, THEY PUT DOWN THE RECEIVER AS IS THEY WERE ATTENDING ANOTHER CALL.

Not even a single time they lifted the phone.

Becos of these bad/worst behavior of this, my card have been returned back to the sender.

I request you to do something to these non-sincere/Lazy persons otherwise lot of persons would be affected.
