Express IT Courier
Non delievery

My credit card is dispatched from HDFC bank from Chennai to noida on 29/12 from express it courier. My courier reference is AWB #H8074712096. On 03/01 I got a miss call from unknown number at about 5.30 pm, when I call back at that number, an executive of express it couries says he comes to my company but security guards does not allow him to come inside. I says to him come back at my company I am there. Then he says that it is time over for that day. Than I ask when I will get my courier. He says that when he will get time. When I spoke to his senior, he says that I will get my courier in 3-4 days depend on his time availability. I further says please call me on my mobile number before coming, so that they will not face any difficulty to deliverer my courier. Than he says he will not get money from his company to make a call. Even they both does not gave their names to me. From that day I remember them everyday about my courier. He always replies that they do not have time to come to that area since it is only one single courier of my of that area. From 03/01 everyday I tracked my courier details on net there is no progress, when I checked it on 07/01 I know that filled in their report they are coming everyday which I cannot believe, even I consult it with my company security guards. When I call him back & ask him how can he filled this report, It's answer is unbelievable that they cannot waste time & money (bike petrol) for a single courier. If your service is like that than how can we believe in your courier service since it is a critical matter of credit card.
