DEDUCTION OF CASH

An amount of Rs. 2800/- has been deducted from my SB A/c showing POS PURCHASE but the retiler card machine showed no response that is the payment was not done actually. I have submitted an application for refunding my money but it has been over one month I haven'y got back my money. I want my money and also a compensation for this harrasment Please let me know the outcome by email
