Egarding free look cancelltion of policy no-56003800906, 56003801303

Dear sir,

I Dharam singh purchased policy from your co. Plan Name-Flexi Smart Insurance and policy no-56003800906, 56003801303.I purchased this policy from your advisior Mr Amanpal (advisior code-990053918) on dated 11 Oct. But i recived this ploicy on dated 07/11.I am not aware about the term and condition of this policy. When i show this policy to my nephew. I came to know about the term and condition. I disagree with the term of this policy, because i want to invest one times premium. I am retired and finacially not able to continue this policy for next 10 years. I call the advisior and ask him for free lock cancellation. He swicthed off his mobile and not come to me after selling this policy. Then i visit in this mamoon chowk, pathankot and dharamshalla branch. They told me that free lock period is becoming over and officers of the respective branches told him that you make complaint aganist advisior regarding misselling. Kindly look in to this matter and do needfull as soon as possible.
