Ill and call rates

Dear Sir,

I have taken some connection with your company. My mob no is 9971791789 in which I have taken 4 more connections and there nos are 9560195789, 9560192789, 9971893789, 9560193789.

With due respect I want to draw your kind attention to my following problem which I am facing with your company from last 3 months..

1. I have taken Rs 30 pack on my 3 nos i.e. 9560195789, 9560192789, 9971791789 by which all rates are reduced to 50p instead to 75 p. But till now I am paying this charges on my above 3 no and call rates are charged at 75p.

I have contacted to customer care regarding this matter and in my first bill amount as adjusted and in second bill the matter was same. I have paid that second bill and now I have received the third bill and matter was again same and there is no adjustment of call rates pack in this bill.

2 I have not received the bill of the last month till now and further I receive a call from customer care regarding the payment of the bill due which was nearly about 4000 and I have paid the bill on the same date.

Now there is a late payment charges of Rs 202 in my bill. Kindly tell me when I have not received the bill how can I make the payment and in single call I have make the payment of the bill. Why should I bear the charges of late payment when I receive the bill after the due date.

3 I have given written request to your jagatpuri showroom to close my no 9971893789 near abt 2 months ago and till now it has not been closed and charges has been added in my bill.

I request you to solve all the above problem as soon as possible and if it is not possible for you to solve all these problem then kindly close my all the numbers and send your representative for the payment I will make all payment in cash. This is not possible for me to check such clerical mistakes again and again.

I have changed my all the numbers from reliance to airtel regarding the services and if it is not possible for you give services then I must shift to another mobile company.
