Dear Sir/Madam,

My husband Mr. V. Ramakrishnan B.A.B.L (Advocate) was expired on July21st. He has made some Insurance in PACL India Ltd. The premiums were paid in full before his death. His agent has not delivered the original certificates and other details to me. The PACL agent code is : 1920039824 and the Agency Unit Code is : 1330004077. The Name of the Agent is: Mrs. Geetha Kailasam, Chennai.
