Dear Sir, My Name is. S. Ranjith Kumar. This is regards my complaint against Vellore branch. 285/1 Barathi Nagar Extension, opp to Balaji Threatre Vellore Main Road, Katpadi - 632007. phone no 0416-42022274.i sent my courier from chennai on 04.03.2011 my booking number is A19390961 in the name of mr. V.Shankar.

.but so far the courier not reached him.i called Vellore Branch Office.. One of the person pickup the phone but i did not get any proper response from them.and also the person speak very hardly .pls take proper action to that person in vellore branch and make sure in future it should not happend.
