Consolidation of Wrong Creation of Separate Folio on Single Application Account Statement Not Sent

I invested in Franklin Templeton Pension Plan on a single form. They created two different customer folio no. 17391052 & 17390872.

When I realised this I made a complaint on 1800-425-4255 about 3 months back. Nothing Happened.

Then after 1 month again I made the complaint - smae result - nothing happened.

Then after 15 days I made yet another complaint requesting them to consolidate both folios in single folio.

15 days later I received two sms that the consolidation have been done & that the account statement have sent on my aforesaid email id.

When I did not receive the same for I checked up with 18004254255 - they said it shows that the consolidation was under process.

Then yesterday I requested at least they sent me the account statements of both the folios - they said that it is been done. But no result - No statement

A VERY PATHETIC STATE

If the do this with minor issues - IMAGINE WHAT THEY WOULD DO WITH OUR FUNDS???
