My Name is Raja Chinnadurai, my date of birth is same is 23-05-1982 and Pan Card No: AHUPR2520D

This is to inform you that, I had applied Personal loan on some other banks and it’s got rejected due to one of personal loan was already running on my Name. I have applied CIBIL report, from the report I came to know one personal Loan:026725000020450 and its belongs to RAJA KANNAN C, his date of birth and my date of birth is same as 23-05-1982, because of Name and Date of birth mismatch both the loans details are updated on my name in CIBIL.

I am requesting you to send a detail to CIBIL and ask them to remove my name and enter the exact person details in the CIBIL.

I am having some personal commitments, so I need to apply loan immediately, please consider this is one as a high priority and resolve my issue ASAP.

I have enclosed all required details in this mail.
