The cancellation of personal loan

Respected sir/madam,

i am Farkhanda Jamal.my date of birth is 01/03/1955 and my PAN card number is AITPJ0503G.

i applied for a personal loan from your bank i.e. Fullerton in the beginning of February.after one week i received a call from Fullerton that i have already taken a loan of Rs 300000 and 2-3 credit cards which i have not paid.however i have paid a loan from DCB bank last year for which i have a clearance letter and i attached the letter with the documents of the loan from Fullerton.

out of this i have not taken any loan or credit card from anywhere... all the verification is done successfully but i came to know on 13 February that the loan has been canceled.

even by asking i have not told about from where i have taken the loan or having credit cards etc.i am sure that DCB is fully responsible for degrading my civil.

i m a teacher by profession and my husband is ill and for him i need money for his operation therefore i want to take a personal loan.

kindly please investigate about the person who is degrading my civil and help me sanctioning the personal loan.
