PF withdrawal forms are showing 'under process' since 19th May

On EPF site also Form 19 & From 10 C rae showing under process from 19th May. When I will receive my money? I dont have any job now & I need my money on urgent basis.

Organization no. is 48708 & employee no. is 70.

I had registered my complaint on 9th Sep 2010 also with complaint registration number ROBND/E/02919 but no reply/response after that. Pl look in to the matter & let me know.
