PF Not received in 8 Months after submission

Dear Sir, Myself worked with Future Generali India Life Insurance Co. Ltd as Sales Manager at Chandigarh between March 21st 2008 to Feb. 9th 2010 with Emply. code 880625 and PF Acc. No-MH/487/08/696. After resigning in Feb i submitted fully signed & complete PF Withdrawal form to Chandigarh HR Manager in March and i was assured to get the claim in next six month time i.e in Sept. 2010.When i confirmed in Sept.2010 i came to know that Chandigarh HR Manager has resigned & i need to contact zonal office in Delhi. When i contacted & mailed an query at Delhi HR Manager Mr munish Kapoor i was told after few days & many mails that Chandigard HR Manager has not submitted the document & they are unable to find out thus kindly send it again, Which i did in no time i.e in Oct.2010 & send again the complete & signed document at Delhi office which they confirmed its recipt & was assured to send claim in next 45 days, But to my surprise even after so many remuinders & Request i have not received the claim till Date. Sir use your influence to expedite the process so that i get my PF ASAP.
