Pf withdrawal not yet recieved

My name is Kumar employed at Future Generali in Madurai during Oct to Oct. My employee code is 885069 & my PF ACC Num is 5810 & the establishment code is MH/48708. I have furnished all the details & send it through Courier from Madurai FG office on 18th June. But till now I haven't got my Pf credited into my Acc. num 601701513483 - ICICI Bank, Kotchadai Branch, Madurai. Regarding this I need an explanation & status of my PF Account.
