Big issue of Customer Centricity

This is to inform you that I had very bad experience with Future Generali Life inusrance and I am fedup with services and their higher management.
Incident started when I want surrender my policies that I had with Futuer Generali, I have called up their customer services and they confirmed that I need to go to South Extension office to surrender it. I was shocked when I reached the exact address I and got to know that the office has already been shifted to Connaught place since last four months.
I have submitted my surrender on 12 Nov and it was agreed that my fund will be transferred into my account only and before transfer they will intimate me and provide me the details of the transfer. The frustration part is I have not got any calls from Future Generali Department and when I called up them then I got to know that my check has been prepared, incident has not end up here, on 19th of Nov when I called up to customer care they told me that check has been despatched to Pritam pura branch by attention to Anshu Mehra and it will reach in 4 days.
After three days 24th Nov I called up the concerned person to check the status of cheque, and I have told that its still not received. And they have agreed that they will confirm once they received my cheque but again I have got unsatisfaction.
The thing like mis communication and committment still going on... Still have not heard from anyone from Future Generali..
Then Monday again I have to called these people to know the status of my money only and then they have confirmed that cheque is received now I have to come to to their Pritam Pura branch which is very far away from my house (Jamia Nagar), If they wanted me to be there in their office then they should have sent the check to my nearest branch not the Pritam pura branch.
Still things not stoped, again they have got shifted their office of Pritampura branch without any inimation to their customers.
Finally I had to called to their mumbai head office, and I had discussion with first to Yogesh and then my insisting them they have transfered my call to Ganesh, as per him he was the escalation head, he listen my query very well but have got the same answers which I have got from Anshu Mehra. that my check will be transferred to to Gurgaon Branch and then some one from Gurgaon branch will delivered my check to my office address, it will take another 3 days.
I have asked them to connect my call to some higher person but they didnt want to come out on this issue its really very frustrating and disgusting things which I want highlight in this mail.
Then finally I have asked to not delivered my cheque to Gurgaon branc, just delivered it to my home address as I dont want rotate my money all others doors not mine.
The crux of escalation is Future Generali doesnt have the customer centricity right from the lower level to higher level. they were just playing with my money and running from here and there. There were no communication from their side on their office shifting.
I dont know how guys take but I had very bad experience. Even though I do have some other policies with this company but now after seen this kind of customer dealing I will withdraw those as well.
