Charging 5% Extra on Sodexo Cupons

This is Suhas from Dombivli...

I used sodexo cupons to purchase Dry fruits & other food related Item... from Gala Foods, Near IDBI Bank,

Fadke cross road, Dombivli (E).

But now suddnly from last two months he is charging 5 % extras on shoping... on cupons...

Please help...

If i m charging 5% extra to this bluddy shop keepars then what is the use of using Sodex... or any types of cupons..
