Since there was no response for more then half an hour dialing your No 1810 180 1290/ 1800 180 1290 I am writing this letter to us hope you will response immediately.

I am a regular customer of SBI and I am Prompt in paying my Bills on 25th or before by drooping in the collection box or at your SBI drop box or at SBI Bank you can check your records.

How ever this time I have received late payment Rs. 350/- and I want to know what is Total GST Debit for current SIMI for RS. 96.70 and again Fin Charge on Rentail (Excl Gst) Rs. 579.07

Please Explain I will be paying the current amount to you however to continue the relation I hope you will adjust the excess bills in the next Bills
