NON RELASE OF PENSIONARY BENEFITS IN RESPECT OF MES-437772 SHRI RD SRIVASTAVA, SUPVR B/S (RETD ON 31 B AUG)

1. It is very regretted to inform you that amount of commutation as well as pension (wef 01 Sep 2009) have not been credited so far in the SB A/C of above named retired person Account No 10516980159 at SBI Sadar Bazar Agra. The PPO in r/o above named individual bearing No C/ENG/17289 dt 27 Oct has already been issued by PCDA (Pension) Allahabad and fwd to SBI Chhipitola, Agra (Main branch) under intimation to SBI Sadar Bazar, Agra on 14 Nov by this office but neither amount involved therein as Retirement Gratuity and capitalized (Commuted) value of Pension nor regular monthly pension have been released by the SBI Sadar Bazar Agra so far.

2. Being head of office from where individual has been superannuated, I earnestly request you to consider this case sympathetically and direct SBI Chhipitola Agra (Main Branch) and SBI Sadar Bazar Agra to release the said terminal benefits to a retired Govt servant, so as to enable him, to achieve full satisfaction avoiding further litigation on the matter in future.
