Harrasment of dummy calls

G.E.MONEY bank provide loan to everyone but it never check tht customer detail is right or wrong... everyday bank called me for bharat kumar patel cause someone give my no. To his account and no one check tht no. Is wrong... Myself master hiren and i never take any loan than why they harras me for loan... they called me everday n mantally harras me..if dis continued i vl surely do some action against G.E.money bank..plz help me out from this problem
