Threatening call from customer care of GE money

I got a strange call from GE customer care this evening saying i have to pay a balance of Rs. 700 immediately and I was told that in case I fail to clear the balance, I will be getting a summon from the court. This is actually funny because I have not used any GE card for the past 4 years and I have not got any statements as well. I was using a GE card 4 years back which I terminated because of extremely bad service. infact I dont have any off the previous statements of even the card number.

I am just wondering whether there are any literate working in GE money customer care. Please let me know if one is there so that I can talk to him and get my doubts cleared.
