General insurace of car policy No.OG-10-1003-1801-00034831

I have sent a mail to customer care to inform that my wife Mrs. Shashi Jindal has expired and her car is insured vide above policy, and to inform me the procedure to be followed for transfer of policy. It has been informed in reply received to my mail to obtain the signature of previous owner for transfer of policy. This is highy irresponsible reply of your company. The same car was earlier got insured from your company vide policy No.0G-09-1003-1818-00002571 WHREIN it is mentioned that car is hypothecates with State Bank Of Patiala, but while renewing the policy from 31.01.10 the name of this bank has been removed by your company. although I have decided for future not to get any insurance from your company, yet the present insurance policy is to be got transferred and my banker has issued NOC for the same. Please help me to sort out this issue and car can be inspected by your inspection team although there is no such condition mentioned in the policy. S.K.jindal (husband of car owner) 09810193999
