Genins India(United insurance Group Mediclaim)
Not giving proper claimed

From our comapany Genins India (third party) has Group Medical insurance (United insurance India).

When I went for calim these people not providing right information.

After the claim they will say this this can not reimbursed.

I asked policy, as per that policy i must get charge shown by hospital.

but they sent me another xls sheet showing that these charges can not be reimbursed. It was plane xls sheet not authenticated from insurance company

(which can be prepared by any one)

They are not giving right guidence.

I must get that payment.
