Dear Sir
I have applied for credit card against my FD account on 26 july but no credit card was issued for reference pls check the below mail. Now i wan't to break my FD but the banks says that "hold value is not zero due to applied credit card".
I have written email (feedback.gesbi@ge.com; services.sbicard@ge.com; services.sbicard@ge.com) to GE SBI regarding this matter on 10 Feb. Today is 15 mar till date there is no positive response to solve my problem. My details are as below
