Getting my insurance money back

I was an education load holder at iob, irc village branch, bbsr, odisha with a/c no - 290800005.

I disbursed an amount of Rs.82, 000/- on 14th august for studying B.tech at Silicon institute of technology, bbsr, odisha.

I closed the loan on 21st august and paid an amount of Rs.1, 18, 824/- and a sum total of Rs.21, 945/- was included here in this money for insurance purposes. Since, i have closed the loan for 3 years, i should be getting my money back which i paid for insurance purposes.

I have contacted the branch for many times but all in vain as they are saying they have sent this case to main branch.

please help me get my money back.
