Misbehaving by auto drivers

My name is Bhavna, my concern is regarding the unnecessary increase in auto fare travelling from ghaziabad to noida & anand vihar, yesterday i.e 4th july i was travelling from sec-62 noida to ghaziabad (vijay nagar), two passengers got down before me and gave Rs.10-/ as fare from C.I.S.F camp to vijay nagar that was genuine, but auto driver started misbehaving with those passengers on unvalid reason and when i intervened and favoured the passengers on the genuine side then he started misbehaving with me as well.when i asked him to show the fare list, he denied to do so.i asked him to move the auto towards police station (vijay nagar).he did not ready for that.the concern is that they are charging unnecessary fare which is not genuine and without any prior notification from government side, despite that they are misbehaving with the passengers.consequently the common people are suffering a lot.they often reply like this "tumhare bolne se gadi nahi band hone wali kyunki hum bhi HAFTA dete hain police walon ko, kya karega wo".

i think we can well imagine the future of the society, country, last but not the least the condition of common people those who are already suffering, this is a very shameful condition to be looked upon.

The RTO (ghaziabad) should look in to this matter seriously to avoid the inconvenience faced by individuals and all auto drivers should have the fare list issued as per the notification from RTO or government side.the question is not of Rs 2-/ or Rs 3-/ but the question is that how the group of auto drivers try to monopolised the society.
