Non refund of money for Aerocity

I have applied for Aerocity Project for 200 sqyard of plot and 300 sqyard of plot but it is unsuccessfull. As per the directions from GMADA, the money has been refunded to banks and it should be refunded to unsuccessfull applicants by 10 dec but till date there is no refund of money. Whenever we tried to call HDFC bank there phone is busy and whenever we tried to call Axis bank Mohali they do not give response. They hang up the phone after picking up without giving any information. Since GMADA has refunded the money so Banks are playing with the money of people by earning interest. Kindly take action against banks. It was mentiond in Brochure to transfer money electronically but now they are sending drafts. This is just to earn interest. Very cheap tactics are being played by banks.

There should be some strict action against banks.
