REFUND OF Maturity amount

Dear sir / madam,

My father has deposited Rs.10000/- in golden projects limited on date 03/01/1997 vide cheque 142868 of Andhrabank for application no 110343.The company has issued a cheque of Rs.30000/- dated 03/01 of Vijaya Bank, on maturity the cheque was deposited and the cheque bounced due funds insufficent. Please help us in recieving the money this was deposited keeping in mind for my sister marriage, now almost nine years have gone, on whole 13 years passed our money is stii not refunded, please help us to get the money from the company golden projects limited, Near ambala, teh rajpura, dist patiala (punjab).
