No transfers to engineering department

Employers are not transford to any other place since many years, so they are feeling its our own & they act like that & they are not care about any matter and they are not do any work without money, if the money not put in their hands they do that work for months & years in engineering department of gvmc, visakhapatnam.

if any one ask about work, they says, give money for fast result otherwise you do work like "pasting of stamp, filling of records & transport the registers from department to department" inthis proce. we are lossing lots of time & finally we have to pay the money to the employers.

if we complaint to any higher official they are not care our complaint and they give support to them (staff) and they are also go with them for %, they gave a new abbr. to % of work tenders like this.

Any one stop this & transfer them to other place?
