SCB CREDIT CARD
Haraasment

I am staying in saudi arabia for the past 9 to 10 years and all this while i never recived any statement nor notifications about my credit card which i thought was closed before..now here i would like to ask is can a bank claim any returns after 9 years... when i called the call centre the representatives there said they have given the file to some recovery agency now from where i am getting harrasment calls saying they are police and arrestwarrants and courts etc

please advise how to proceed with the happenings
