HDFC ATM
Cash did not dispacted but account deducted

Sir,

I had made an transtion for widrawl of Rs. 10000 from my ATM Card No.6220180060800198198 at HDFC Bank ATM in town Kalayat of district Kaithal (Haryana). after some time the ATM Machine showed the transaction timed out. later on I checked my account and found that Rs. 10000 has been deducted from account for above mentioned transaction. I have complaint about it but not get any response. So you are requested to kindly look into the matter and refund my Rs.10000 as soon as possible.
