Failed transaction

Hi,

On the 1st of October I tried to withdraw cash from HDFC bank ATM located at Bandra (East) using my ICICI bank debit card. The ammount was Rs.10000. The money didn't come out of the ATM, but it still showed that the amount is debited.

I have raised a complaint to ICICI Bank and have also got the confirmation number for that.

Is there anything else that I need to do, in order to get this sorted/
