GROUP AQB CHARGES

I also have a similar problem. I am a using this account "Savings Account No.: 005310500320211, KORAMANGLA, BANGALORE" since 2008 and now I see a eduction of 625.02 under "GROUP AQB CHGS FOR OCT- DEC". I dont know why this has been deducted since its a 0 balance salary a/c. Please help!
