I purchased an insurance policy from HDFC BANK of Rs.25000/- Premium. I did't get the policy papers for 1 month. I complained to bank, they replied i will get it soon as it has been dispatched. After 2 months I gave a request letter for surrender of policy and refund of the amount of premium. They gave me received for the application. But it has been more than 6 months I did't get my policy or any refund from bank. I am continuously contacting the bank persons but nobody is ready to reply.
