Non-Receipt of Cash from ATM, but amount has been Debited to Account

I would like to inform you that i am a saving account holder of HDFC bank. Today at 8.20 pm i have tryed to withdraw cash of Rs. 5000/- from Canara Bank ATM at Silverpark, Mira Road East by my HDFC ATM card. But unfortunally Cash has not been reced my me & Amount of Rs. 5000/- has been debited from my Saving Account with Dadar TT branch, Mumbai. After that i have trying to contact HDFc banks customer care no.022-28561818 but i have come to know that the this facility is available between 8.00 am to 8.00pm only. So kindly looked into the matter immediatly to resolved my complaint & give me credit of Rs. 5000/- to my account immediatly.
