Debit without received money

Sir,

I have used HDFC ATM on 09.08.2011 at 7.40 pm., But without deliverying money it has deduct Rs 10000 /- from my account. ATM neither provide Money nor Receipt. We used same Bank ATM where my Account are open. Next day I am on line complain to hdfc customer care. My complain no. are 38477/11-12/0344.But till date no response from banks. So kindly help me and Credit my money as soon as posiible.
