Non Reciept of PLI Bond/Document

Sir,

I Cpl Asahab Khan Policy No-- APS-558689-A is paying a premium of Rs 535 for Rs 100000 since 2004 but till date I did not receive my PLI bond. I have applied for duplicate policy in Mar with indemnity bond executed in Rajasthan state as per instructed by Jaisalmer FPO staff but duplicate bond also awaited.

You are requested to take necessary action.
