Not good to bank on

I approached HDFC bank in Goa on 24/10 to apply for a commercial loan and i was guaranteed that the person in charge would come and take the required papers to lodge the request and from that day i waited for him till 28/10 after keeping on calling his mobile and on the same day the person told me within two days the DD will be prepared. Till today i.e 3/11 neither the DD is ready nor do the concerned person Mr. Varesh is attending the mobile..I have been with the bank when it was called Times bank and the services were a class in itself but now bank personnel are playing policies between each other and the costumer has to take the punch and has to suffer. I lost the offer which was on the vehicle because of HDFC bank anyway i called the branch to return my documents and that request has fallen to deaf ears too.

Anyways if the bank has some courtesy they can call me on 9552926434 to return my documents.
