REFUND OF MONEY

Hello!

I have an account with AXIS bank, but on 30th nov i tried withdrawal of money from a HDFC bank atm as there was no AXIS bank atm nearby. After entering the amount when the machine was in the process of dispensing money it displayed as 'YOUR TRANSACTION HAS TIMED OUT'. I thought there might be some kind of problem with the machine, so i left the atm ant went to a another atm. After 30-45 mins of this incident i received a msg which said that your account has been debited rs.5000 from HDFC bank atm. I was shocked readind the message. i rushed to the HDFC bank and asked for help, in reply they told me to send a complaint through the bank (AXIS) in which you have your a/c. and within 24 hrs the amount will be credited to your account... but still waiting.

What's the process to get back my money... some1 plzz help me
