HDFC BANK/ NETBANKIN IPIN

I HAVE HDFC SALARY SAVINGS ACCOUNT WITH THE BANK. I AM USING HDFC BANK'S NETBANKING. THE PROBLEM IS THAT AFTER COMLETION OF MY FIRST ONLINE TRANSACTION, THE SYSTEM REFUSES TO TAKE MY IPIN PASSWORD WHEN I TRY TO LOGIN AGAIN. IT GIVES FIVE CONSECUTIVE ATTEMPTS TO LOGIN AND IT ONE FAILS TO DO SO, THE ACCOUNT GETS BLOCKED FOR 1 OR 2 DAYS. THEREFORE IT UNABLES ONE TO DO ONLINE TRANSACTIONS WITH THE BANK WHICH IS NECESSARY FOR ONE WHO CANNOT GO TO THE BRANCH EVERYDAY TO DO TRANSACTIONS. EACH AND EVERY TIME I HAVE TO GENERATE A NEW PASSWORD AND DO THE TRANSACTIONS AND IF I LOG OUT WITH MY ACCOUNT, I CANNOT LOGIN WITH THE SAME PASSWORD AGAIN AND MY ACCOUNT GETS BLOCKED FOR FEW DAYS, IF I FAIL TO LOG IN FOR THE FIRST FIVE TIMES.
