HDFC Bank Netsafe Card
Refund to netsafe card not coming back to the account

Hello,

I bought bus tickets from K.S.R.T.C. worth Rs 1610/- using a netsafe card worth Rs 1650/-

Later on some problem occured with the purchase and KSRTC refunded the money to my card, but I did not get any money back in my account.

(Rs 40/- remaining was credited to my account though...)
