HDFC Bank Representative's Poor service

Hi,

I'm Arumuga Perumal. M from chennai... I applied personal loan in HDFC Bank & My Personal loan got approved by HDFC Bank on 31st Dec (I got approval sms from HDFC Bank)..My Personal Loan A/c No:15941961. But still now (04, Jan) my P loan not yet credited..Reg this issue, i called up so many times our HDFC P loan representative Ms. Selvi (Mobile No:9884038836)..But her response is so poor..Many times she's purposefully not attending my call & Her poor response mekes meo irritated specially by Selvi (Mobile No:9884038836)..Kindly do the needful so that my Personal loan get credited in my account..Thanks in Advance..My mobile no: 9176124222
