HDFC playing football with the customer for over 2 months

For past two months I am trying to change the address of my credit card. I call up thier customer care and they say "you'll have to write a letter, scan it and send it to certain email ID" I did, I got a replying saying you have to call up customer care to change your address... WOW! plain old wow!
Okay so I called customer care again and they again argued that only way is I send that email with attachment of scanned copy of a letter dully signed...
I did that again...(Like I had a choice)... Again I got a reply saying you have to call customer care...
I got angry and expressed that in my reply to them and they called up to confirm details and asked me to wait 7-10 working days for the address to be updated...
Again after few days I get a call saying your address has not been updated
Marvelous! I went to bank they simply shrugged it off. In managers words " I will NOT do anything to help you"
HDFC is a snoot retard bank! Never go their way if not today they will give you strange hiccups somehow when you least expect them.
Today I am unable to change my address on the card... after trying for 2.5 months...
F**K you HDFC! I wish there was a place where I could complain and make you pay for your deeds but mera bharat mahaan... we donot have any...
