Money deducted but no dispersal of cash in ATM

My ATM card No.4386240123756809, From KBL04008 ATM counter, on07.12.2009 at20.50 asked for Rs.10000, processed and printed slip alone came stating"RUNABLE TO DISPENCE9 FR 1330003128'. No cash was dispersed. Again I tried and the reply was"HI DISPENSER OUT" But When I checked my accounts Rs.10000 was deducted against 08.12.2009.date which I verified through the net banking data. I have launched a complaint through my bank HDFC, Rathna Complex, Salem.4 and my Sb Acc. No is 01781330003128. Kindly rectify the error.
